RESERVATIONS:
You may reserve a cabin by phone or online with a valid credit card. A deposit equal to the first night’s lodging is required to guarantee reservation. Fifty-percent deposit for packages and extended stays of four or more nights. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Cash or Travelers Cheques. CANCELLATION POLICY: Although we understand changes to your plans may happen, we are a small, privately owned business and cancellations impact us greatly. Last minute cancellations offer us little opportunity to re-book your cabin or cottage. Because of this we adhere to a strict policy: Cancellations must be made 14-days prior to your arrival date. Reservations for holidays and special events require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel after this date you are responsible for the entire stay and will be charged for the full amount of the reservation, unless the cabin or cottage can be re-booked for the entire period of the reservation. We will do our best to re-book the cabin or cottage for you. Guests leaving before the reservation departure date or guests who do not show for the reservation arrival date are responsible for the entire stay and will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 booking fee per cancellation. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the event you must cancel or reschedule your reservation due to weather conditions you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation and issued a non-transferable voucher for the full amount of your stay. The voucher is valid for 60-days. NON-SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. Ashtrays are provided on the deck for your convenience. If smoking is detected inside the cottage you will be charged an amount equal to the rate of two nights. PETS: Pets are allowed only with approval prior to booking in Autumn Moon only. We do require that you bring a crate to put your pet in when left in the cottage unattended. You are responsible for any damage your pet causes and for cleaning up after your pet. Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. Arrangements required for early or late arrivals. |
